Sherbet’s nostalgia runs deep in the family that started and still runs Paint & Décor – the colour designer (Jani Augustyn-Goussard) and her sisters (Esti Mostert – also part of the business and Helanje van der Merwe) use to make their own sherbet and pretend they are entrepreneurs and sell it to each other – We’ve come a long way since then but the nostalgia of such a fresh, sweet yet zesty colour memory had to be captured.
Sherbet has a cool blue undertone with very little black, it is a fresh colour perfect for brightening ups spaces or for children’s rooms. You could also call it bubblegum – but we like the nostalgia of memories.
